1952 - WOLLONGONG SPORTING CAR CLUB.
The Wollongong Sporting Car Club was formed in 1952 by a group of local motoring enthusiasts, The club is one of the oldest CAMS affiliated clubs in Australia.
1953 - HUNTLEY HILLCLIMB.
The Wollongong club organised and held its first Hillclimb event in November of 1953.
