1982 - BUNBURY CITY SPEEDWAY. Sprintcar Stampede. 26th December 1982.Possibly the best so far touring USA Sprintcar team to compete in Australia. This years Bob Throstle team of Jack Hewitt, Tim Green and Rick Angar have made their first appearance here tonight, Boxing Day at the Bunbury City Speedway. In a sign of his dominance tonight the formidable orange number [20] Coil over car of Tim Green won the thirty lap Sprintcar Stampede from Rick Angar and our very own Ron Krikke.
