PRODUCTION SEDAN (WA)

Production Sedans evolved from Modified Sedans in Western Australia, As Modified Sedans became more high tec and race rubber was introduced, many drivers resisted and a strong group continued to race around mainly the country tracks as Visible Stock or Productions.
During this period the West Australian Saloon Car federation was not the dominant body that it is today and many clubs and tracks licienced there own cars and drivers, As time passed the ASCF introduced an official class for Production Sedans and assumed control of the licencing of cars and drivers.
The first official state title for Production Sedans was held at Katanning Speedway during the 1997 - 1998 season.
