1947 - PUEBLO SPEEDWAY
Pueblo Speedway opened in 1947 shortly after the second world war as a 1/5 mile Dirt Oval speedway running mainly midgets.
During the 1950's Stock Car racing began to feature at the oval. Sadly by 1964 the circling developers had convinced the land owner to sell up the land, because it was much to valuable to hold car racing on it.
