1954 - DALLAS SPEEDBOWL
Dallas Speedbowl opened in 1954 as a smidge under a half mile, high banked dirt oval speedway. The track had a reputation of rough on equipment and drivers, but still they came. The program included various types of Stock Cars and even some Midgets. Unfortunately and for what ever reason the track closed in 1963.
