Nabiac Air Strip facillity wis built as a part of the war effort in 1942, It consisted of 4 gravel runways and some aircraft were based there.

1946 post - THE CENTRAL NORTH CAST SPORTING CAR CLUB
At some point after World War 2 the Central North Coast Sporting Car Club starting using the site and holding regular motor sport events on the gravel runways.
