2004 - AUSTRALIAN SIDECAR CHAMPIONSHIPOn Saturday and Sunday the 28th and 29th of Febuary the Perth tq Car Club hosted the Australian Sidecar Championships at there Bibra Lake circuit.

2004 - BIBRA LAKE SPEEDWAY CLOSES

Billed as the end of another era, The Perth tq Car Club held there last race meeting at the Bibra Lake Circuit on Saturday the 20th of March, The club was one that had to endure change all its life.
When the club was formed, its activities were around the houses style racing in many of WA's country towns, From there the club took over the running of the Clontarfe track and raced there until they brought there own land in the Bibra Lake area, This however was not successful as the area was prone to flooding.
The club managed to on sell that site and move to the Hope Rd site were it operated until it closed in 2004, to make way for mining, This would see the dawn of another era were the club would as a club racing at other venues.
