Ralphy Taylor recalls: Wow what an honor to meet up with my old mans mate, one of the greatest drivers to hit the track, Ray Geneve. He told me a great story about my old man knocking off a keg after a nights racing at Claremont, after being told to leave the bar as it was closed, Then drinking to daylight and my old man borrowing some other drivers speedcar after trying to start two others and doing laps, no helmet, pissed and waking up the whole city, including a very angry Aub Lawson who lived at the track, He then told Aub that he was seeing if it needed a tune up. impressing the owner of the car i am sure, Yep that was my old boy all right.
