Speedway Globe first hit the news stands in 1975 when David Booth and Peter White both very well known in speedway circles left Australian Speedway News to start up there own publication.
The following is an explanation of the situation by David Booth. Unfortunatly the publishers of Australian Speedway News, White House Publishing obtained an order from the Equity Court, restraining the publisher of Speedway Globe from publishing and selling any further magazines until the dispute had been settled.
