2023 - PITHARA SPEEDWAY BONZA BRADFORD MEMORIAL 11th November 2023W h e a t b e l t washoutPithara Speedway has tonight played host to the SAWA Sprintcars with the running of the Bonza Bradford Memorial.
The meeting got underway with a very touching display in honor of the Bradford family, when the Sprintcar's and Drivers all lined up on the front straight while Bonza's young block Shaun did a drive by in his sprinter. So far so good but mother nature was about to unleash wind, rain and a lightening show.
Such were the concerns by the track and official's, the call was made to combine the time trials with Hot laps to push thing through a bit quicker. Four heat were run and won buy. Heat 1 Trent Pigdon. Heat 2

Mitchell Wormall. Heat 3 Jeremy Warren and Heat 4 George Eaton. After a quick turn around by the teams and officials the feature was about to get underway. But no down came the rain and the lightning buy now had surrounded the venue. The meeting was then declared.
