1947 - WHYANDRA CROSSING SPEEDWAYOn the 31st of August 1947 the Orange Motorcycle Club by invitation raced at a track at Whyandra Crossing, that location of the track is unknown at this point.
Allan Baker recalls: I know were Whyandra Crossing is, been camping there when i was younger, To the North of the highway between Dubbo and Narromine.
I can not tell you anything about Whyandra Crossing Speedway other than the newspaper article, Was it a regular speedway, Was it a short circuit. Was it scramble, I have know idea.
If anyone can shed some light on this track, we need your help.
