White Lake's at Beldavis was an ideal spot to hold many various types of motorsport, It was a naturally flat smooth surface due to nature, What's more any damage to the surface nature would take care of with rising ground water levels, rain and wind.

1952 was the inaugural running of this open event for motorcycle racing by the Indian Club on the White Lakes at Baldivas.
1954 - SALT LAKE SPEED CLASSIC
Motor Cycle racing was orginised and run by the Indian Club on the salt flats of White Lakes during 1954.
1955 - SALT LAKE SPEED CLASSIC
Motor Cycle scramble racing was orginised and run by the Indian Club on the salt flats of White Lakes during 1955.
