1973 - SPEEDWAY RACING NEWS REPORTED
Dear Sir, The first meeting of the Koolyanobbing Motor Sport Club is due with cars from Kalgoorlie, Merredin, Muckinbuddin, Southern Cross, Wylkatchem and of course Koolyanobbing.
The track is of Goldfields Speedway Association specifications and in a fine condition.
Only one thing is missing and that is the glamour attached to speedway - posters, banners, transfers etc, for our local cars and the race circuit.

As the speedway is part of a mining lease it is now no longer accessable by the general public.
