1946 - MILLBURG SPEEDWAYMillburg Speedway 1 opened on the old Fairgrounds Park land on Territorial Road in Millburg. Initially the track was a 1/3 mile dirt oval, that thrilled the crowds with there daredevil wheel to wheel action. But a change was coming, Stock Car racing was taking America by storm and it was not long before these big much cheaper cars were the highlight of the program.

Shortly after the 1952 racing season the owners shortened the track to a 1/4 mile and paved the surface. This would see the introduction of some series Modified racing.

1960 - MILLBURG SPEEDWAY
By 1960 the owners for what ever reason decided to close down the venue and walk away, A Motorcycle Speedway was built just South East of Millburg speedway, that track opened in 1962.
