1920's BROOKLANDS SPEEDWAYBrooklands was a 1 mile (1.609 km) dirt tri oval track covered in cinders, initialy cars only raced on the circuit twice in mid 1920's. The racing was in a clockwise direction.
The track was located in the suburb of Floreat. Rushed in opening and no perimeter fencing many spectators chose not to pay, the venue lost money from day one and soon fell into dis-repair and closed
