1964 - CHARLESTON REBEL SPEEDWAY.
Charleston Rebel Speedway opened in 1964 as a 1/3 mile dirt oval speedway running Stock Cars, Sportsmans and Late Model Sedans.
The initial popularity of the track was quite good but did not carry through causing the track to close after the end of of the 1976 racing season.
