1969 - WA TRAIL & ENDURO CLUB
While working as a motorcycle mechanic in Mortlock's in the 1960's, Les Sharpe played a major role in the formation of the WA Trail and Enduro club.
The club set about building two tracks at the Bickley Reserve site in the Helena Valley in Perth, one track was dedicated to enduro's the second was a trail course.
