West Australian and former Victorian Sidecar, Hot Rod, Supermodified and Sprintcar legend passed away on the 25th of August 2004.
Some of Bill's wins included, The Victorian Sidecar Championship in 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960 and 1961.
The West Australian Sidecar Championship in 1964 at the big Claremont Showground Speedway.
Winner of the Champions of Champion feature for Sidecars at Adelaide's Rowley Park Speedway in 1958.
Winner of the Australian five mile Long Track Championship held at the Port Pirie circuit in 1956 and 1962.
He also won the 1964 West Australia Hot Rod Championship, held at the Clarmont Showgrounds in front of a packed crowd.
