1914 - WARMINSTER SPEEDWAY
In 1914 there was a plan to bring big time racing to Warminster, Pennsylvania, Had it succeeded Warminster might be a quite different town today, Perhaps the Indy we know now would would have been here. Construction began but World War one and lack of materials to get this big timber track finished, add to that the depressed economy, brought it all to a halt.
