1930 - HINKLER PARK SPEEDWAY
In 1930 the City Motorcycle Club built and promoted a speedway track around the oval at Hinkler Park in Bundaberg, The track was fully fenced and opened on the 5th of July 1930 with a following meeting on the 20th of September 1930, Both meetings were advertised as the opening meeting.
The top riders of the period were, Stan Kuhnel and Owen Derrick.
Hinkler Park Speedway closed in 1938.
