1955 - SPENCER SPEEDWAY.
Spencer Speedway is a 1/2 mile flat asphalt sealed oval speedway, that opened in August of 1955. The speedway was built by two brothers in, Del Wait and Merele Spencer.

2005 - SPENCER SPEEDWAY.
In 2005 the speedway was purchased by John White, who also owned the Chemung Speedrome.

2018 - SPENCER SPEEDWAY.
In 2018 another ownership change, with Joe Scotnicki and the Race of Champions Tour, purchased the speedway off White.
