1970's - LEDGE POINT MOTOCROSS TRACK
The Ledge Point Motocross Track was run by the Lancelin Motorcycle Club during a period including the 1970's, for what was know as lacky band start events.
The track surface was just the location dry beach sand, the track was quite long and had no jumps, described by some as enjoyable but tough, Mike McDonnell, Ivan Hughes and Alex Cairnduff Snr fixed the windmill for track watering.
There are reports of the track hosting races during 1992.
