2005 - ELDORA SPEEDWAY. PRELUDE TO THE DREAM.
The Prelude to the Dream was a Dirt Late Model race held at Eldora Speedway which frequently attracted drivers from many codes of motorsport, such as Nascar, Indy Car, NHRA and World of Outlaws.
Kenny Wallace won the inaugural event in 2005 after leading the entire 25 laps.

2013 - ELDORA SPEEDWAY. WORLD 100.32 year old John Blankenship has won the 43rd running of the World 100 at Eldora Speedway.
Blankenship from Williamson West Virginia raced to the front from position twelve to capture the $46,000 winners checque.
The win chalks up a first ever win by a driver from West Virginia in the World 100.
Blankenship a quiet achiever within Dirt Late Model racing has really come of age in 2013 as a championship contender on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt series.

2015 - ELDORA SPEEDWAY. WORLD 100.Jonathan Davenport has won the 45th running of the World 100 on the 12th of September 2015 at the Eldora Speedway.
Along with the World win he has also joined two other drivers to sweep the major Dirt Model races at Eldora in the same year.
Prior to his world win he also took out the Dream race in June of 2015, The other two drivers to take the two wins in the same year were Donnie Moran twice in the 1990's and Billy Moyer in 2010.
Davenport worked hard for his World 100 win, coming out of position eighteen to take the Win from Bobby Pierce and Scott Bloomquist.
This was Davenport's first start in the World 100, It has been reported that Davenport picked up a combined pay packet of $148,000.00 for winning the two major races at Eldora in 2015.

2016 - ELDORA SPEEDWAY. WORLD 100.Bobby Pierce from Oakwood Illinois has taken out the 46th running of the World 100 at Eldora, He did so from his starting position of twenty two.
Twenty two American states were represented in the starting line ups along with drivers from two Canadian provinces as well as two Australian drivers.
This was Pierce's first World 100 win.
Tragerty struck in a earlier heat of this years event, when Steve Unger crashed heavly with the concrete wall on the drivers side of his car after spinning during a muti-car accident, He would later die from the injuries he received in the accident.
