1956 - BENNETT SPEEDWAY
Bennett Speedway opened in 1956 as a square shaped track with rounded off corners, The track was a high banked 1/3 mile running mainly Stock Cars.
The venue has been reported as a real family and friends operation and under no sanctioning body.
Over the life of the track it is said that the owners failed to make any money out of there venture, so they closed the venue down after only three years in 1958.
