1977 - ELLENBROOK SPEEDWAY. 17th July 1977.The spectator's at Ellenbrook Speedway have been treated to a fantastic day of Club racing with a full program of Sedan Car racing along with the Modified's and Supermodified's.

1978 - ELLENBROOK SPEEDWAY. 26th March 1978.Ron French is RDA 100 ChampionRon French has today won the 1978 RDA 100 here at the Ellenbrook Speedway. The race is one of the feature events on the yearly calender and is for the Stock Production cars, crossing the line in second position was Graeme Gard with Bill Oldfield in third.
Match RacingThe Modified saloon car fans were treated to some match racing on the day between Tony Giancola in the [143] Exchange Car's Holden and Terry George in the [8] Flow Kleen EH Holden. Giancola won two of the

three by one lap dash's. Other winners on the day were, Junior Saloons race 1 Craig Adams while race 2 and 3 went to Michael French. In the Stock Production race 1 went to Jack Winterswyk while race 2 was Gary Connelly.
In the Visable Stock events all 3 win's went to R Harper. In the Modified Saloon's races 1 and 2 went to Tony Giancola with Greg Crisp winning heat 3.
In the Late Model Saloons, race 1 was won by Terry George with John Singleton winning races 2 and 3. In the ASCF Saloons Graham Clarke would win races 1 and 3 while Trevor West would win race 2. In the Hot Rods Frank Timms would win heat 1 and Ken Finlay would win heat 2 and 3.
Gail Adams came out on top of heat 1 winning it, while heats 2 and 3 went to Mary Dyson. In the Modified's race's 1 and 2 were John Arrigo all the way. with Ron Snelling taking out race 3. All the wins in the Supermodified's went to the Laughton family with Michael winning the first heat and Martin taking out the second and third.

First across the line in the Hot Rod's would be Ken Finlay ahead of Frank Timms and Ernie Payne in third.

1979 - ELLENBROOK SPEEDWAY. RDA LADIES CLASSIC. 12th August 1979.'LADIES CLASSIC' to MARILYN PEARCEMarilyn Pearce has taken out this years Ellenbrook RDA Ladies Classic today, and in record time. This result did not come as a shock as Marilyn is possibly one of or if not our strongest female racers.
Marilyn won the feature event in here number 69 Ridley Wreckers, GTR-XU1 Torana from, Karen Richards, Mary Dyson, Leslie Smirk, Robyn Butler, Carol Hamilton, Robin DeManiel and Clare Dingle.
The race day featured a fully stocked support program with Junior Sedans, Stockie's, Visable Stocks, Modified Sedans, Late Model Saloons, Hot Rods, Supermods and the Mechanics race. Top meeting.

1979 - ELLENBROOK SPEEDWAY. Championship Feature Meeting. 7th October 1979.Championship's to Giancola - Rose & KenworthyThe Ellenbrook RDA held a massive race meeting today when they host three of there Annual track Championship along with the usual support divisions.
Tony Giancola driving the [143] Street Styles Torana XU1 won the Late Model Sedan Championship from, Terry Haines and Bill Strickland.
Brian Rose won the Stock Production Championship from Ron Frenck and Graham DeManiel.
It was the ground pounding Supermodifieds that got the big crowd on the edge of there seats, with the Big win going to Trevor

Kenworthy ahead of Martin Laughton and in third place Peter Cox. In the support divisions, the Junior Sedans feature was won by Michael French. Visable Stocks was Adrian Winterswyk, Modified Sedan's Doug McPherson, Modified's Colin McGinty, Ladies Robyn Butler, Mechanic's Saloon Cars Terry Murray and Mechanic's Open Wheel Bob Hall.
