1895 - ALCYON PARK
The original track at Alcyon Park was constructed as a 1/3 mile bicycle racing track, This arrangement stood in place up until 1910 when the track was expanded to a 5/8 mile D shaped, firstly a horse track an then a speedway track.

1910 - ALCYON PARK SPEEDWAY
Alcyon Park Speedway was used for motorcycle and car racing up until the out break of World War 2, it was well known and supported well by competitors during its years of operation.
The 5/8 mile track featured a dog leg straight and five turns. The venue was quite popular with spectators, running under lights most Friday nights as well as Holiday afternoons.

1946 - ALCYON PARK SPEEDWAY
Speedway racing re-commenced after the war, The track was still very popular and concidered to be one of the best in the region.
1960 - ALCYON SPEEDWAY
Bill Nocco owner of Vineland Speedway took over the lease on Alcyon in 1960, He only ran for one season before closing the track and selling off the land.
