1950 - MEDLEY STADIUM
Medley Stadium opened in 1950 as a 1/4 mile paved oval speedway running mainly Stock Cars.

1963 - PALMETTO SPEEDWAY.In 1963 another track was added to the outside of the 1/4 mile lay out, This being a 1/3 mile paved oval speedway, which opened up the program to run other divisions such as Midgets, Modifieds and Sportsmans.
Both tracks were closed down after the 1964 season.
Shortly after the demolishion teams moved in and leveled the place, They were follewed by the developers who built an industrial area.
