Not to be confused with the timber board track of the same name built back in the 1920's, this 1/2 mile paved oval track built specificly for Modified Stock Car racing and NASCAR's opened in 1965.

1967 - BELTSVILLE SPEEDWAY
During 1967 the name of the track was changed to Beltsville Speedway, As time passed the fight to overcome noice problems would be lost and the venue closed in 1978.
