So sad to hear this news, condolances and love to Erica and the girls, and their families, Joe was an upfront man with "fight for fair" morals and straight forward ideals, A fierce competitor on the track, he would happily help anybody serious to "come and compete" with him.
I'll always remember the good times of competition and the laughs and joshing in the pits during and after the race meeting.

Together with his lovely wife Erica, they were always a welcome and welcoming sight at every event.
Their daughters too were always ardent supporters of Joe's racing and the happy family atmosphere at race meetings.
Cheers Joe, to a life well lived and enjoyed.
