1965 - (TORANA SPEEDWAY) REDLINE RACEWAY
Torana Speedway, As the track was first known was built and started in 1965, One person instrumental in the speedways opening was Ken Light.
The 420 metre clay oval known as Redline Raceway is run by the Belmont Speedway Drivers Club.

1969 - AUSTRALIAN PRODUCTION CAR CHAMPIONSHIP
Redline Speedway held the 1968 1969 Australian Production Car Championship, attracting over one hundred entries, Five heats were run over ten laps, with a thirty lap final.
Redline Promotor Bill Evans imported Tasmanian champion Gene Cook, Hugh Branwell from Queensland, Al Barnes and Jim Baker from New South Wales, Dennis Freeman, Alan Kempster and Bob Shepherd all from South Australia.
Results were: Gene Cook first, Jim Baker 2nd, Graham Holt third and Al Barnes 4th.
