2004 - BUNBURY INTERNATIONAL COMPLEXThe Bunbury International Complex was a massive project that was entered into by Perth International Motorsports management to build a road race circuit, to host Formula Nippon cars as well as various other divisions of motor sport.
The site was to carry a 3.965 sealed race track as well as incorporating an industrial estate to form a gasoline alley layout.
A massive amount of planning and work was put into the venture, but the project was brought to a stand still and never proceded.
