2008 - WAYNE COUNTY DRAGSTRIP
Wayne County Dragstrip was built by Ed Radford Snr on the family's land next to the existing unused dirt oval speedway track. The strip was an 1/8 mile and played host to a lot of Top and Modified eliminator events in the early years, then transitioning into test and tune events. The venue closed it gates around 2009 and kept them shut for several years.

2017 - NAHUNTA DRAGWAY
Around 2017 Ed Radford had become ill and handed control of the venue to his son Eddie Radford. He after finding his feet set about making changes.
Firstly he changed the name of the venue to what most called it anyway. Nahunta Dragway, because thats were it was located.
He also gave the venue a nick name "Hook City" because of the traction that the racer's were getting as they launched down the strip with wheels in the air.
He also promoted some big events, drawing the best drivers and machines available along with that some serious fan numbers.
