1952 - CLAYPAN SPEEDWAY
The Claypan Speedway was a crude 1/4 mile dirt track built by the Alice Springs Touring Motorcycle Club for the use of its members to hold various competitions at.
The track only had a life span of one year before the club closed its and moved on to other ways of racing motorcycles.
