1987 - AUSTRALIAN MODIFIED SEDAN CHAMPIONSHIPNyora Speedway club hosted the 1986 - 1987 Australian Modified Sedan Car Championship at there Nyora venue on the 7th and 8th of March 1987.
As per the normal during this period the racing was hard an fast.
Victorian racer Peter Jacobson won the National Championship in a GTR-XU1 Torana, ahead of Queenslander Paul Geritz also in a Torana, third was Greg Atkins from Victoria once again in a Torana.
