1933 - MOUNT LEWIS CIRCUIT
The Five Dock Motor Cycle Club built a one mile motorcycle circuit on the Mount Lewis Estate adjacent to the Punchbowl railway station in 1933. It was described as a road race circuit with some tar and clay roads. There were three hairpin bends and other corners. The Estate was on 105 acres and the club advertised "unlimited parking" The average time for the one mile track was 1min 30secs.

1933 - MOUNT LEWIS CIRCUIT OPENING 2nd October 1933
The first race meeting was held on Monday the 2nd of October 1933, a long weekend, it was well attended with some results listed below.
