1970 - SIERRA MESA NATIONAL RACEWAY
This 1/2 mile dirt oval originally opened as a Stock Car and Sprintcar track, This only lasted two years until the owners decided to pave the track to run Nascar's.
In 1972 the track did receive santioning from Nascar, but only two events were ever held before the track closed the following year.
