1927 - WESTERN SUBURBS MOTOR CYCLE CLUB
On the 21st of August 1927, the Western Suburbs Motor Cycle Club members went for a ride to find a new hill climb venue. The discovered a grass hill at Casula - just south of Liverpool NSW.

1927 - CASULA MOTOR CYCLE HILL CLIMB 27th August 1927
The club held there first hill climb on the following weekend, the 27th of August 1927. It has been reported that the incline was 1 in 2 and the distance was 110 yards.
The hill was used on a very regular basis by many of the Sydney Motor Cycle Clubs. The peak years were between 1927 and 1930. Events were held for both motorcycles and outfits.

1927 - CASULA MOTOR CYCLE HILL CLIMB 19th November 1927
On the 19th of November 1927 a big meeting was held by the Indian Motor Cycle Club. American rider "Sprouts" Elder was the star performer. Luckily the Telergaph newspaper sent along a photographer so we have a record of the event.

1928 - CASULA MOTOR CYCLE HILL CLIMB February 1928
Sometime during the month of February 1928, The Five Dock Motorcycle Club hosted a hill climb event at Casula.
