1947 - PLYMOUTH STATE FAIRGROUNDS
When racing returned after the conclusion of World War two, it first began at the Fairgrounds.
This was one of the birth places of motor racing in New Hampshire and racing was of a high standard on the track, The Fairgrounds provided some great open wheel and jalopy events.
Unfortunately the Fairground Board decided to stop the racing after only 10 years in 1957.
