1931 - KEMPSEY SHOWGROUND SPEEDWAY 9th May 1931
Kempsey Showground Speedway operated in 1931 and then again in 1936. our research has failed to find anymore information on further racing events.
The first meeting was held on the 9th of May 1931, The visiting riders said that the Kempsey track was the " best quality track in the country."

1931 - KEMPSEY SHOWGROUND SPEEDWAY 27th June 1931
A second meeting was held on the 27th of June 1931, There were fourteen locals nominated to race against the visiting riders from sydney, Newcastle, Maitland and Singleton, Two of the locals were Ceasare Franki riding a Guzzi and Silvio Parisotto.

1931 - KEMPSEY SHOWGROUND SPEEDWAY 9th October 1931
The next meeting was held on the 9th of October 1931, in an effort to boost the spectator numbers the price of admission was reduced from 2/- to 1/- for adults.

1936 - KEMPSEY SHOWGROUND SPEEDWAYThe next recorded meeting at Kempsey Showground was on the 16th of May 1936, It was a twenty six event program promoted by an interstate organization and didn't appear to include local riders. There were nine international stars racing and performing stunts including "Flying Artie Kidd" doing the leap of death. Other riders were Victorian "Roddy" Austin, "Rocket" Taylor and Tiger Smith.
