1985 - AUSTRALIAN FORMULA ONE GRAND PRIX.   3rd November 1985.

The Adelaide street circuit was originally used for the Formula one Australian Grand Prix from it first meeting on the 3rd of November 1985 to 1995, before it was moved to Melbourne.
The Group 3A Touring Cars ran as a support race to the Grand Prix.

1986 - AUSTRALIAN FORMULA ONE GRAND PRIX.   25th October 1986.

1998 - V8 SUPERCARS.

By September 1998 the Grand Prix was gone and (AVESCO) Australian V8 Supercar Company announced that it had entered into a deal with the Government of South Australia to move its existing round from Mallala Raceway to the street circuit on a shortened layout.

1999 - ADELAIDE 500

2018 - ADELAIDE 500.   1st to 4th March 2018.

2022 - ADELAIDE 500 STREET CIRCUIT.   V8 SUPERCARS.   2nd & 3rd December 2022.

1 & 2   for Chaz Mostert and Nick Percat.

Chaz Mostert has led home Nick Percat after the completion of race one of the Adelaide 500. The Walkinshaw Andretti United pair made it Holden's 188th Championship race win in there final year. This race would also be Mostert's first Adelaide win and Percat's first podium for the year.
Third step on the podium was taken up by James Courtney.
For all the blue oval fans out there the news is all good for you as both Mostert and Percat will be staying with Walkinshaw Andretti United next year as the team crosses over to the Ford Mustang.

Brock Feeney  wins  Holdens  last  race

3rd December 2022 - Rookie driver Broc Feeney has held his nerve to lead home Chas Mostert, Anton De Pasquale 3rd, Cam Waters 4th, Andre Heimgartner 5th, Will Brown 6th, Shane Van Gisbergen 7th, Brodie Kostecki 8th, Lee Holdsworth 9th and James Golding rounding out the top ten, after the completion of day two of the Adelaide 500. Feeney is the second full time rookie driver in as many years to win a race after Will Brown in Sydney last year. He is also the second youngest driver at twenty years of age to win a race. The youngest being Scott McLaughlin who was nineteen when he won at Pukekohe in 2013.

This would be the last race for Holden in V8 sUPERCARS next year the General with be introducing the Cheverolet Camaro as the replacement to take on the Ford Mustangs. Photo's: V8 Supercars facebook.
