Saloon Car's. & Fender Bender's. 2nd November 1979.Carl Jeffrey break's John Nangle's Record.Bob Blacklaw has tonight here at Parramatta won his fourth Sprintcar feature race out of the five meeting held in the Hornsby Diesel-Tognotti, The minor placings went to Terry Becker and Ray Hoskings.
Carl Jeffrey driving the [7] Justice Bros-Camaro won the 15 lap Saloon Car Main Event and in doing so broke John Nangles one week old race record. Following him across the line were John Smith in his Monza and John Nangle in his Stingray Corvette.
