1977 - POOLE SPEEDWAY. Poole Blue Riband. 7th September 1977.Malcom Simmons win's 3rd RibandA stellar field was on hand here tonight at Poole Speedway for the running of the eight Poole Blue Riband.
Malcom Simmons would go on to top the points sheet and win his third Riband with a fourteen point's score,
In second place on thirteen points would be Dave Jessup, followed by the best of the Australian riders on eleven points, Phil Hearne.
There were three other Australian riders in the field in, Billy Sanders, Phil Crump and John Boulger.
