SEABREEZE RACEWAY

1965 - SEABREEZE RACEWAY.

The building of Seabreeze Raceway began in 1965 by Don Alexander and a group of local volunteers who scratched this 1/4 mile dirt oval speedway out of the earth, by way of mostly hand tools only, The works were completed and the track opened in 1966.

1967 - SEABREEZE RACEWAY.

1970 - SEABREEZE RACEWAY.

In 1970 the track surface was paved, just in time for the opening of that season. The track continued to operate only to the end of the 1971 season, when the venue closed.
