1960 - McRAE SPEEDWAY.
McRae Speedway opened in 1960 as a 1/2 mile dirt oval speedway with big long straights and the corners on one end slightly tighter than the other end.
The speedway did reopen again in 1981 but did close again after 1982, never to reopen.
