LINCOLN COUNTY RACEWAY.
1915 - LINCOLN FAIRGROUNDS.
Modern day reports indicate the the Lincoln Fairground's, have been used for motorsport racing as far back as 1915, The venue has an arena that is surrounded with a 1/3 mile dirt oval speedway track.
The Speedway has operated under a list of names in its long life, such as. Lincoln City Fairground's, Pawnee Raceway, North Platte Speedway and what it is known as today, Lincoln County Raceway.
1950 - NORTH PLATTE SPEEDWAY.
On the 30th of May 1950 Nascar hosted what it is believed to be there first event at the venue for the Late Model Sportsman division, this event was won by Dewey Farr.
