1957 - LAGUNA SECA RACEWAY.

Laguna Seca Raceway opened on the 9th of November 1957 as a paved Road Race Circuit to host motor racing and take such event off public roads. One such event was the Sports Cars racing that ran throughout the Del Monte Pine Forests at Pebble Beach.

The circuit at Laguna Seca cost 1.5 million dollars to build and took very little time from start to finish.

1957 - LAGUNA SECA RACEWAY. 8th Pebble Beach Road Races. 9th November 1957.

Laguna Seca Raceway opened with its first race meeting on the 7th November 1957, with the running of the Pebble Beach Road Races.

1986 - LAGUNA SECA RACEWAY. Champion Spark Plug 300. 10th October 1986.
