1969 - GAINESVILLE RACEWAY.

Gainesville Raceway opened in 1969 as a 1/4 mile paved Dragstrip, with big plans to aim for the sky, and that's about how it went. Within just one year of opening the management team had got the first Gatornationals up and running, there annual big show that is still running today.
