1953 - BOONE HILL SPEEDWAY.
Boone Hill Speedway opened in 1953 as a 1/4 mile Dirt Oval track, aimed at hosting Stock Car racing at a local level. The speedway traded under its current name through 1954, then changing for 1955.
1955 - TROY SPEEDWAY.
The name of the speedway changed in time for the 1955 racing season, to Troy Speedway and the reason, unknown.
1960 - NEW MIAMI SPEEDWAY.
The Speedway went through a further name change in 1960, to the New Miami Speedway. it remained under this name until 1963, when it was changed back to Troy Speedway.
1963 - TROY SPEEDWAY.
In 1963 the Speedway would change its name for the last time, when they changed it back to Troy Speedway, it is believed that some time during the 1963 season the venue closed.
